What should I do if I receive damaged products?
If you receive a package with any quality problems, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for replacement or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. I carefully inspect each package before shipping, but damages can occur during transportation. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the shipping address after the order has been shipped?
The shipping address cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Therefore, please double-check the address before placing your order. If you plan to move, please contact me in advance to confirm whether the order can be delivered before your move.
Can I send you a logo to put on the products?
All products can be engraved according to your design. Please kindly provide us with high-quality design images. Additionally, if the engraving image is too complex, there may be an additional processing fee.
Can I expedite the shipping?
Yes, we can. Since the weight of the goods affects the shipping cost, please contact our customer service for more details.
